The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a warning about a fraudulent platform named Berkshire Hathaway TX, which falsely claims to offer crypto services. The name of the platform closely resembles that of American billionaire investor Warren Buffett’s company, Berkshire Hathaway. CySEC emphasized that the platform is not registered with them as a Crypto Asset Service Provider and urged investors to verify the registration status of such entities on their official website before engaging in any business transactions.
